● There are Three Places in Uganda where you can see Equator line.
➡️ Kayabwe Point: Approximately 45 miles (72 kilometers) southwest of Kampala. Located along the Kampala-Masaka Highway, this is the most famous equator monument in Uganda. Visitors can have an opportunity of taking nice pictures and browse through local craft shops.
➡️ Equator Island, Lake Victoria: For those looking for a quieter experience, this lesser-known landmark offers a peaceful retreat on an isolated island near Entebbe. It’s a great escape for those interested in tranquility.
➡️ Kasese, Kikorongo: Is a significant geographical landmark Located near Queen Elizabeth National Park, this spot offers a unique experience, allowing visitors to stand with one foot in each hemisphere. These three places offer a glimpse into Uganda's geography, culture, and natural beauty, making them popular destinations for tourists and travelers.
